Paco Roncero is considered one of the best chefs in Spain. He had just opened a new restaurant in Madrid focused on a modern interpretation of traditional tapas and wanted to edit a book about them.
The book is a mix of recipes and a collection of curious and unknown facts around the Spanish tapas world.

By using a mix of photography and pop illustrations I wanted to express the encounter of the traditional Spanish world with global modern culture.
